Each session and program is customized for each client. What we work on depends on your specific situation. Through hypnosis we are able to work on the triggers that cause stress so that they can instead trigger the response you would rather have. Clients also learn self-hypnosis and mindfulness techniques which they can continue to use. Each client is provided with a recording from their sessions.
