Curtis became interested in hypnosis in the way many people do. He witnessed it first-hand, and saw fascinating and incredible phenomenon. In his studies, he focused on learning about how the mind works, and the nature of consciousness, both in neuroscience laboratories, and through scholarly study in philosophy. He realized that hypnosis is the nexus between the science of the brain, and the philosophy of the mind. As such, he decided to use his knowledge to help people train their consciousness to put it to good use. The mystery of hypnosis made it all the more intriguing. He realized that an individual cannot be truly autonomous and free unless they can master their own mind. That is what hypnosis is all about: gaining empowerment. As a Hypnotist, Curtis guides you through the process of hypnosis on a journey of self-discovery.
In addition to helping people through hypnosis, Curtis is an expert in the field of bioethics, and provides training to other hypnotists in ethical considerations. You can find hypnosis ethics training at hypnoethics.com. He currently lives in Madison, WI with his wife and two sons.
